All You Need
After an order is processed (within 2-4 business days), For all domestic orders we ship using USPS Priority Mail with tracking and signature confirmation, with an $8 flat rate charge to ship. You have up to 24 hours after placing your order to cancel it. Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours will not be granted. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery as well as unplanned delays. If your order has already shipped and you contact us with an address change, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges. Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded. We only ship to addresses with the same billing and shipping address. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship internationally.
Refunds & Exchanges
We do not offer refunds on our products, but would be glad to offer you an exchange within the first fourteen (14) days upon receiving your order if you receive a product that you believe is defective. Within the first 14 days of receipt, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to assist with the issue. Please note that before any exchange, credit or replacement hair is honored, we must receive the hair back in our possession to inspect and determine its quality. We reserve all rights to decide whether the product(s) are in fact defective. We do not offer refunds, replacements or exchanges if you process or physically alter the hair in any manner (coloring, cutting, lifting, etc).
You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with an exchange if the correct item was received. Please note that issues concerning length and color variation of the hair are not valid reasons for an exchange as they are naturally occurring.
